Who we are
Inkphora is developing an empathic AI experience powered by the Thymiko prototype. This page explains how we handle your data during the beta trial.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your email address to contact you about beta access and updates (double opt‑in will be enabled when our provider is connected).
- Prototype sessions (V1/V2): anonymous stroke features and brief self‑reports of mood. We do not store raw drawings by default.
- No ads, no third‑party trackers.
Legal basis & purposes
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). To provide the beta experience, improve the model in aggregate, and notify about important changes or safety info.
Retention
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe or up to 12 months after beta.
- Anonymous session data: retained for improvement; deletion available if reasonably re‑identifiable.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent; complaint to your authority.
